reporting directly to the ADM and directly managing a small but mighty team of senior advisors
you will: • Act as the primary interface with the Deputy Minister's Office and other executive offices across Cabinet Office and the OPS. You'll be a fully fledged member of the MESI division's management team
providing crucial advice to your peers and senior executives
while making linkages critical to delivery of Cabinet Office programs and initiatives. • Initiate
design and oversee significant
complex and sensitive projects on behalf of the ADM. Set pace for the division on key strategic priorities
and drive day-to-day management of a high-volume and fast-paced ADMO. • Provide direct
informed thought partnership to the ADM and translate and convey clear direction for divisional teams. Direct support to the ADM includes managing urgent
high priority and contentious issues
ensuring effective linkages and integration across the organization when formulating and implementing solutions
and reviewing and/or creating high-quality products such as briefing decks
project plans
and leadership communications. • Direct and oversee the operations of the ADM's office and the division
managing complex corporate reporting
financial delegation for the ADM
cross-divisional human resource and administrative processes. • Support the ADM in building open and trusting relationships
including by directly championing and managing divisional employee engagement
